ABOUT US
The Rex Yankey Otoo Foundation (REYO Foundation) is a not-for-profit charitable organisation registered both in Ghana and the UK.
For five transformative years, the REYO Foundation has pioneered inclusive education in Ghana through our Autism and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Shows. We've successfully bridged the gap between global best practices and African realities, creating meaningful connections between international expertise and local needs.
Now, we're proud to expand our vision across the entire continent with our newly renamed Autism and SEN Show Africa. This evolution reflects our commitment to building a pan-African movement for inclusive education that honours our diverse cultures and unique circumstances.
Africa faces distinctive challenges and opportunities in special education. Rather than simply importing systems from elsewhere, we're fostering a revolution in how inclusion is approached—one that celebrates Africa's communal spirit, resourcefulness, and cultural strengths. Our show highlights how these indigenous assets can create supportive environments where neurodivergent individuals thrive.
We showcase the extraordinary talents and abilities of neurodivergent people, demonstrating how proper support unlocks potential that enriches entire communities. By featuring successful neurodivergent entrepreneurs and innovators from around the world, we inspire a new narrative of possibility and contribution.
The Autism and SEN Show Africa serves as the continent's premier platform for awareness, training, and resource-sharing among schools, professionals, parents, and community organisations. We unite all stakeholders in inclusive education, health, and care to build sustainable, culturally-appropriate support systems across Africa.
Support us in our mission to create positive change across Africa.
